Cancellation & Refund Policy
Please read our cancellation and refund policy carefully. By booking a service with us, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Cancellation Policy
We value your time and ours. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible.
Late Arrival & No-Show:
Appointments will be considered cancelled if the client is not available or has not arrived within 30 minutes of the scheduled appointment time. In such cases, the appointment will be marked as a "No-Show" and may be subject to full payment or forfeiture of the deposit.
Refund Policy
We strive to accommodate changes to your schedule, but please note our refund policy regarding cancellations:
- Refund Eligibility: Refunds are only available for cancellations made at least 1 week (7 days) prior to the scheduled appointment date.
- Non-Refundable: Cancellations made within 1 week of the scheduled appointment serve as a forfeit of the deposit/payment to compensate for the reserved time slot that could not be filled.
- Processing: Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
Rescheduling
If you wish to reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 48 hours in advance. Rescheduling is subject to availability.
